Vickie Mukes has more than 46 years of experience in the Federal Government. She retired from National Institute of Standards (NIST) in 2018. She started working as a Contractor at the NIH in the Office of Technology Transfer (OTT) in 2020. She currently serves as the Program Specialist within the OTT Monitoring & Enforcement (MEU) and Royalties Administration Unit (RAU).
