Adam Dahl is a manager in program management who primarily handles the ETT help desk and agile methodology responsibilities for the team. He has lived in Washington, DC since 2006, when he moved from Minneapolis. Prior to his role here at NIH OTT, he was a contractor with TSA at DHS and has also served at DOL’s OCIO and in another HHS position with Head Start at ACF.
