With over 25 years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst, Falguni (Fal) has played a pivotal role in the successful migration of nine legacy systems into a unified enterprise platform (ETT) for the NIH's Office of Technology Transfer. Fal’s expertise lies in maintaining data quality and integrity across the ETT system, where she serves as the primary point of contact for leading Data Quality Working Group meetings and trains users on best practices and implementing high data standards.

Fal is also responsible for generating and delivering four critical custom reports—TAP, NIST, the Annual Report, and the Top 20 Products—each vital to NIH’s operations. She works closely with the individual stakeholders, internal technical teams, and vendors to continuously enhance data quality leading to optimized and accurate reporting and business processes, thus strengthening the efficiency and resilience of the ETT system.

Fal holds a Masters in Computer Applications.
